What is a human blend wig?

A human blend wig combines real human hair with high-grade synthetic fibres, giving you the natural look and movement of human hair with added durability and easier maintenance. Crown Maison's blends are selected specifically for South Africa's climate:lightweight, breathable, and heat-tolerant. The fibre blends are designed for local conditions, meaning they perform through a Johannesburg summer and a Cape Town winter. Crown Maison's lace types are also selected for the full range of South African skin tones, so the hairline looks natural regardless of your complexion.

 

What's the difference between HD lace and transparent lace?

HD (High Definition) lace is ultra-thin and melts into all skin tones, essentially invisible at the hairline. Transparent lace is slightly thicker, more forgiving to install, and works well across a wide range of skin tones. New to lace wigs? Start with transparent. Want the most natural hairline possible? Go HD. Crown Maison offers both HD and transparent lace options across the edit.

 

Do I need glue to wear a Crown Maison wig?

Not for the glueless styles. Crown Maison's glueless range, which includes the 5x5 closure wigs and select glueless frontals, is designed to be worn without adhesive. Adjustable straps and combs hold the wig secure through a full day. Frontal wigs outside the glueless range can be worn with or without glue, depending on your preference and experience level. Each product page specifies whether the style is glueless.

 

Do I need to visit a salon to install a Crown Maison wig?

No. Crown Maison's easy-wear glueless styles require no salon visit, no adhesive, and no prior experience. The Wear and Go collection is built specifically for this. How do I make my wig last?

Wash with sulfate-free shampoo in cool water. Detangle gently before washing. Air dry on a wig stand. Avoid heat above 180 degrees Celsius. Store in the satin bag when not in use. How long does delivery take in South Africa?

Crown Maison processes all orders within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery to major cities including Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban takes 2 to 5 business days. Outlying and rural areas take 5 to 7 business days. Crown Maison delivers across South Africa.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat rate of R150 across South Africa. Orders over R2,500 qualify for free delivery.

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, Crown Maison sends a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel in real time until it arrives.

 

What payment methods does Crown Maison accept?

Crown Maison processes all payments securely through YOCO, which supports Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in South African Rand. If you have a question about payment before ordering, reach us on WhatsApp.
