Refund policy



We Want You to Love What You Receive

 

Every order is packed with care. If something isn't right on our end, we'll make it right.

 

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges Only

 

Crown Maison does not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We offer exchanges in the following circumstances only:


- The item arrived defective or damaged

- You received the wrong item, size, or variant


We are unable to process exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been used, worn, or removed from their original packaging.


How to Request an Exchange


Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@crownmaison.co.za with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Where relevant, please include photos.


To be eligible, the item must be:

- Unused and unworn

- In its original packaging

- In fully resaleable condition

 

Once your request is approved, we'll send you return instructions. Your replacement will be shipped as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.


A Note on Hair Products

 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on items that have been unpackaged and used. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about fit, texture, or style before you buy, we're happy to help — reach us at info@crownmaison.co.za.
