Processing & Delivery

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment being received. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

 

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

 

- 2 – 5 business days : major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban)

- 5 – 7 business days : outlying and rural areas

 

Please note that processing and delivery times are separate. Your order is in good hands — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

 

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays as soon as we're aware of them.
