Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery, for defective or incorrect items only. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Reach us via WhatsApp or email.

Washing
Wash every 10–14 wears using a sulfate-free shampoo in cool water (around 40°C). Gently detangle from the ends to the roots before washing. Cleanse in the direction of the hair. Do not rub or scrunch. Rinse thoroughly and press dry with a soft towel. Do not wring the hair.

Drying and Styling
Air dry on a wig stand away from direct heat and direct sunlight. Avoid heat above 180°C. Style only once the hair is fully dry. The straight texture can be lightly heat-styled between washes.

Storage
Store your wig in the included satin bag when not in use to help prevent friction and tangling.

Longevity
Preserve the life of your wig by avoiding overnight wear and limiting washes to when the hair actually needs them.

Is this actually glueless or does it need some adhesive?
Fully glueless. The 6×4 lace, adjustable strap, and elastic net hold it securely without any product. Nothing needs to be applied to your scalp or hairline.

Can I part the hair anywhere?
The 6×4 lace gives you a 6-inch-wide parting zone at the crown. You can part the hair anywhere within that area. For a centre part or side part, this provides more than enough room. For parting closer to the ear, you would need a 13×4 frontal.

Does straight hair look natural or stiff?
The Gloria moves naturally. Human blend straight hair has natural weight and falls like real hair rather than sitting rigid. It is not the same as costume or synthetic straight wigs.

Can I wear this to the gym or in humidity?
It holds up well for everyday wear. High humidity and sweat may cause some frizz at the roots over time, as with any human blend wig. For high-activity days, a slick-back style or low bun at the nape is the most practical option.

Is 24 inches very long?
Twenty-four inches typically reaches the lower back on most heights. If you prefer hair that sits around the chest or shoulders, this may be longer than you expect. If you're unsure, confirm with our team via WhatsApp before ordering.
